Introduction

This Terms of Use, Privacy Policy, Terms and Conditions, and all policies published on the ialany platform are designed to protect and preserve the rights of both ialani and the user accessing the site, whether registered or unregistered, or the consumer benefiting from the content, whether registered or unregistered.

These Terms, Conditions, and legal disputes are subject to the laws, regulations, and systems in force in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

As a user or consumer of the ialani platform, you agree to be bound by all the terms of this agreement upon using the platform, accessing it, or registering for the service. ialani has the right to amend this agreement at any time, and such amendments shall be binding on all parties after being announced on the site or through any other means.

Article 1: Definition

ialani is an electronic platform that allows users to create an account to publish their own content in accordance with applicable laws and regulations. Its headquarters are in Riyadh, and it is referred to in this agreement as " ialani," "the owner of Ialani," "we," "us," "the site," "the platform," or "the first party."

(The owner of ialani) User: The account creator on the ialani platform for the purpose of communication, browsing, publishing content, or establishing an online store as a service provider to conduct e-commerce on the ialani platform. In this agreement, the user is referred to as a member, practitioner, service provider, or second party.

Online Store: The online account that allows the user to display, sell, offer, advertise, or exchange data related to a product or service.

Article Two: Terms of Use

As the second party to this agreement and a beneficiary of the Ialani platform's services, you must adhere to the following:

Not to advertise or upload content or items that are inappropriate for the categories available on the platform and permitted for sale. Review the advertising terms and prohibited items before advertising.

Not to violate or circumvent the platform's laws, policies, and regulations, or any third-party rights.

Not to copy advertisements from the Ialani platform and republish them on other websites.

Do not use any illegal means to access advertisements or other users' data, violate the policies and rights of the (Ialani) website, access the platform's content, or collect, use, or republish any information or data belonging to the (Ialani) platform or its clients in any way.

Do not use our services if you are not legally eligible to enter into this agreement.

Do not manipulate the prices of goods, whether buying or selling, or harm other consumers.

Do not include in your advertisement any false offer, statement, or claim, or any wording that could directly or indirectly deceive or mislead the consumer, or that constitutes defamation or slander.

Do not engage in discussions about international politics, sovereignty, or public figures, or any other illegal activities on the (Ialani) website.

Do not transfer your account or activity to other websites while it displays the (Ialani) logo or services. Do not infringe upon the intellectual property rights of the (Ialani) website, including copyrights, trademarks, patents, publicity rights, databases, or any other intellectual property rights belonging to or licensed to the (Ialani) website.

Do not include in your advertisement a logo or trademark that you do not have the right to use, or a counterfeit mark, or anything that infringes upon the intellectual property rights of others or their patents.

Do not advertise tobacco and cigarette products (these goods may subject you to penalties by the relevant authorities).

Do not violate human rights laws or engage in human trafficking in any form, and adhere to the regulations governing the advertising of labor services.

Comply with the real estate advertising regulations set by the General Authority for Real Estate.

Obtain a license from the Ministry of Tourism to offer any tourism-related services or products.

Comply with the regulations and licenses issued by the National Center for Wildlife Protection.

Do not collect or use the personal data or electronic communications of website users for any unauthorized or impermissible purposes, or disclose such data to any other party, whether for consideration or not, except with the consent of the data subject or as required by law. A license from the Saudi Council of Engineers is required for offers subject to the Council's regulations.

You must not engage in any activity that could harm the reputation of the (Ialani) website in any way, whether on the platform itself or on other social media platforms. The (Ialani) website reserves the right to seek compensation from you for all damages resulting from such activity.

You must not impersonate the (Ialani) website, its representatives, employees, or any entity that suggests affiliation with the (Ialani) website, unless you have official authorization from the (Ialani) website.

The use of this service by any non-human user is prohibited, with the exception of non-human users belonging to the following companies only:

Failure to comply with these terms gives the (Ialani) website the right to suspend your membership, refer your violation to the competent authorities for the imposition of penalties if necessary, and prevent you from accessing the platform. Your phone number will also be added to the list of suspended accounts and numbers without any liability and without the need to notify you. You have no right to object, and you hereby agree not to return to using the platform except with the platform's approval.

Article Three: Responsibility

The (Ialani) website provides a service enabling users to display their goods and publish content in accordance with the agreed-upon Terms of Use. It offers no guarantees and assumes no responsibility in the event of non-compliance by the user or consumer.

The (Ialani) platform disclaims all liability for any risks, damages, consequences, or losses incurred by the seller, buyer, or any other party.

By using the (Ialani) website, you acknowledge your full responsibility for ensuring compliance.
